The personal data which Eliminaser Ltd collects may include, but is not limited to:

We do not, and will never, sell any of your personal data.

How we collect personal data

We obtain information about you when you come into one of our clinics, use our website, for example, when you contact us about treatment courses or when you order items (like SteriShoe+) from our website.

Google Analytics

We do not currently use this.  However, in the future we may use Google Analytics when someone visits www.eliminaser.co.ukor www.21stpodiatry.co.uk  we may use a third-party service, such as or similar to Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  We do this to find out information such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website.  This information is only processed in a way which does not identify individuals.  We do not and will not make, or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

The methods by which we collect data may include, but are not limited to:

  • Direct contact from existing / potential clients

Third parties

We do not currently use this.  However, in the future we may use third-party software providers to log your use of our website to improve your experience and the performance of our website.

How we use your personal data

All data we collect is used specifically for legitimate purposes; these may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing our products and services to you when you order them
  • Booking an appointment in one of our clinics
  • Contacting you if we need to obtain or provide additional information
  • Ensuring that the information we hold about you is accurate
  • Checking that you are satisfied with what we are offering

We ensure that personal data is only used for legitimate purposes, and only when your interests and fundamental rights do not override our legitimate interests.

Mailing Lists

When you register with us by for example placing an order, requesting an appointment, becoming a client receiving treatment, we collect personal information.

We use this information to send you occasional newsletters and other communications to:

  • Keep you informed of updates to our services and protocols
  • Inform you about changes to our products and services

We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a system on our website to deliver our newsletter.  We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.  You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing info@eliminaser.co.uk or info@21stpodiatry.co.uk
